This is not a boring factory where you just wait for the clock to tick down 💪 As a production worker, you and your colleagues ensure that the tile production process runs smoothly. You help produce tiles, prepare materials, and support machine operations. At the same time, you keep an eye on quality - making sure everything looks clean, precise, and well-finished. You are basically the “quality control hero” on the shop floor 😉
In addition, you help keep the workplace clean, safe, and well-organized. Teamwork is key here: you are never alone, and there is always time for a laugh in between. You work full-time (40 hours) in fixed day shifts, so no rotating schedules - just clarity and a steady routine.
Wat wij bieden
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Salary of €17.00 - €18.00 gross per hour, depending on experience
- €0.23 travel allowance per km (max. 30 km one way)
- 8% holiday allowance
